Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Provide information about our products/services and address customer inquiries.
- Identify and qualify leads by assessing customer needs and interests.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategies.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on call activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
