- Sales Training & Individual Coaching Trainer for the Telesales members and Telesales Team Leaders across our sales locations (branches). Role: 1. To plan and conduct complete training for the sales batch/ team. 2. To plan and conduct coaching for individual sales member's development. 3. To plan and implement sales members' target reach and career growth. 4. To develop innovative training materials & coaching methods for easy learning of sales agents. 5. Achieving our organization's sales goals is the objective of the position. Primary Responsibilities: 1. New TeleSales Executives and TeleSales Team Leaders should be developed within the Time-schedule. 2. Determine individual coaching needs by listening to sales executive's calls, observing sales records, daily sales analytics 3. Observe each trainee's strength & weakness and impart on-the-job skill development to mould independent sales agents. 4. Devise methods of supervising, supporting, motivating, mentoring each sales member to achieve Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales targets of branches. 5. Implement Quality Assurance parameters and evaluation tools to improve & maintain Daily Sales. 6. Instill positive work-culture and progressive team spirit at all situations at work. 7. Update daily reports/ analytics, reviews, improvement plans & success achieved to the management. 8. Support all Branches in all manner to achieve their quality & sales targets, while mentoring sales members to reach their full potential. Positional Responsibilities: 1. Establish Organizations' programs, policies & strategies. Establish work ethics in practice by setting an example by yourself. 2. Suggest innovation in training to coaching to the Senior Management, as required and introduce upon approval, implementing systemization & documentation of any such introduction at work.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
