Description1.Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
2.Handling the Team of Relationship Officers.
3.New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Home loan Business.
4.Responsible for Individual & Teams targets.
5.Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.
6.Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
7.Team Motivation / Training.
8.Giving Product training to existing and new hired team.
9.Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development.
10.Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
11.Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
12.Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.
