Job Title: Account Executive – Hospital EMI Sales

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to drive hospital-based EMI sales. The role involves visiting partner hospitals, building strong relationships with hospital SPOCs, educating patients about EMI options, and generating leads that contribute to revenue growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned hospitals regularly to build and maintain strong relationships with hospital SPOCs and administrative staff.
  • Promote EMI financing options to patients and their families within hospital premises.
  • Educate hospital staff about EMI offerings to encourage patient referrals.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Maintain and update records of daily hospital visits, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth EMI processing.
  • Identify new hospital partnership opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Resolve hospital or patient queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, finance, or consumer lending.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of EMI financing products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare providers.
  • Understanding of patient financing or medical loan processes.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
