Key Responsibilities

  • MIS Development & Maintenance:
  • Design, implement, and maintain MIS frameworks and systems to support business intelligence.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across reporting systems.
  • Monitor system performance and lead upgrades of hardware and software components.

  • Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and implement tailored IT solutions.

  • Business Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive business plans and strategies.
  • Analyze financial data, market trends, and business metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.
  • Forecast and budget for future business needs.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the MIS team and other cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align objectives and improve process efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present ideas to senior management.
