Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
MIS Analyst
to manage, analyze, and present data that supports strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/BI knowledge, and the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and highlight deviations.
  • Automate reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with different departments to understand data needs.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for strategic planning and process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all MIS systems.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis (Fresher with strong Excel & SQL skills can be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
