Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled MIS Expert and Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop MIS reports: Create and maintain reports to provide insights into business performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

  2. Analyze data: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  3. Develop and maintain dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  4. Provide data insights: Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize business processes.

  5. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their information needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Data analysis and reporting: Provide accurate and timely data analysis and reports to support business decision-making.

  2. MIS development and maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain MIS systems to meet business needs.

  3. Data quality and integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

  4. Stakeholder satisfaction: Meet the information needs of stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Report accuracy and timeliness: 95% of reports delivered on time and with 99% accuracy.

  2. Data quality: 95% data accuracy and completeness.

  3. Stakeholder satisfaction: 90% stakeholder satisfaction rating.

  4. MIS system uptime: 99% uptime for MIS systems.

  5. Data-driven insights: Provide at least 4 data-driven insights per quarter that lead to business process improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Graduate and above or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in MIS development, data analysis, and reporting.

  3. Technical skills: Proficiency in MIS tools, data analysis software, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

  4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
