Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Consultant

  • Product pitching and ensuring profitable sales.
  • Handling leads effectively.
  • Communicating with customers regarding complaints and updating the Customer Relations (CR) Department.
  • Following the internal ERP process for sale orders.
  • Promoting and selling allied services.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales processes from booking to vehicle delivery.
  • Preparing the Prospect Tracking Card.
  • Preparing the Test Drive Form (Declaration/Feedback).
  • Conducting a 7-Step Test Drive Demo for customers.
  • Utilizing the Welcome Kit effectively.
  • Making the 5th-day Sales Post-Sales Follow-up (PSF) call and preparing the required format.
  • Attending training sessions as per nominations.
  • Regularly practicing mock demos to enhance skills.
  • Handling customer queries efficiently.
  • Providing accurate information and ensuring deal transparency in every transaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,000.00 per month
