The Sales Generation Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the essential oils segment by developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding the customer base, and nurturing key client relationships. This role requires deep understanding of B2B sales, natural product markets, and manufacturing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (e.g., cosmetics, wellness, aromatherapy, pharma)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals (e.g., product launches, trade shows)
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine pricing and positioning strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools; track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or natural products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of essential oil applications and global market trends
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
