Sales Representative

Our company is expanding its Business Loan Division and is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to handle appointment setting and deal closures for small business financing.
You'll be working with entrepreneurs and business owners to secure funding through our partnered and reputed Canadian banks, offering loans ranging from $25,000 to $350,000.
This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals who are ambitious, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and contact potential clients seeking business financing.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to understand funding needs.
- Present loan options, explain eligibility, and close deals confidently.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with potential applicants.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth loan approvals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, financial services, or business consulting preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket deals.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Compensation:
- Base Salary + High Commission Structure
- Potential Earnings: $80,000–$150,000+ per year (based on performance)
