Store Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to optimize store performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure store needs are met promptly.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Handle store sales, including upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make necessary improvements.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain accurate inventory records.

Financial Management:

  • Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Prepare and deposit daily cash earnings in the bank as per company policy.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and other store operations in Excel.
  • Prepare regular reports on store performance, inventory, and financials for management review.
  • Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve excellence in store operations.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹24,000.00 per month
