Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen our HR operations. The role primarily involves Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR practices, labor law compliance, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.).

Drive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for pharma and logistics roles.

Implement and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Handle employee grievances and support positive employee relations.

Coordinate Performance Management & Appraisal processes.

Organize training programs and employee engagement activities.

Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

2–5 years of HR experience (pharma/manufacturing/logistics preferred).

Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and labor laws.

Hands-on experience in recruitment & HR operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
