Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ATL & BTL Marketing Manager located in Surat. The role involves planning, developing, and executing Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends to ensure promotional activities align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing ATL and BTL marketing strategies
- Experience handling Central location (Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP and CG) – HQ in Surat
- Skills in budget management and market analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Plan Marketing and Promotional activities of FMCG products
- Plan for product launches at Retail outlets, MT and Franchise store, plan ATL, BTL activity for the same.
- Plan marketing budgets and yearly calendar
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms
