Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive / Manager (ATL & BTL) based in Surat. The role involves planning and executing above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing communication plans, and driving sales initiatives. The Marketing Executive / Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the effective promotion of the brand, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Market Planning and Market Research skills
  • Strong Communication and Marketing skills
  • Plan Marketing and Promotional activities of FMCG products.
  • Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in the health and wellness or FMCG industry
  • Plan a Consumer Engagement Strategy for Retail outlets, MT and Franchise store.
  • Plan for product launches at Retail outlets, MT and Franchise store, plan BTL activity for the same.
  • Plan for product specific promotional activities – campaigns ,Cross promotions, seasonal product promotions at retail outlets
  • Build brand awareness by participation in local exhibitions and events, press, cable TV, newspapers and other outdoor media such as hoardings, bus/Auto, bus/train stations etc
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
