Job description

  • Machine Setup & Operation
  • Prepare and load raw materials (films, adhesives, substrates) into the lamination machine.
  • Set machine parameters based on job specifications (temperature, pressure, speed).
  • Monitor lamination process to ensure consistent quality and output.
  • Quality Control
  • Inspect laminated materials for defects such as bubbles, wrinkles, misalignment, or poor adhesion.
  • Perform regular quality checks and document results.
  • Adjust machine settings to correct issues and maintain product standards.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of lamination equipment.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical or process-related issues.
  • Report major breakdowns or malfunctions to maintenance team.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate production logs, material usage records, and inspection reports.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
