We are looking for a HR Executive for a leading tech enabled supply chain logistics platform
Job Description : Business Partnering: Engaging business leaders in understanding their business priorities and ensure successful delivery of key people initiatives through review and implementation of HR initiatives that meets business goals. Partner with leaders to identify, address, resolve and manage HR issues to ensure high levels of retention, turnover, training, performance, recognition, and engagement. Provide HR advisory support to leaders in managing complex employee relations/industrial relation matters. Facilitate and provide guidance on HR processes. Advocate and lead implementation of end-to-end HR programs Oversee Talent Acquisition to ensure effective and responsive candidate sourcing, recruitment through social networks and consultant. Oversee and ensuring positive employee experience in end-to-end HR processes and services. Manage employee relations by examining, resolving and communicating employee concerns timely, appropriate, and confidential manner. Confirm all HR corresponding documents; e.g. policies, handbook, are aligned with corporate goals Build and develop effective relations across all levels. Work collaboratively with cross function teams, internal and external HR service vendors. Hiring of employee (White Collar & Blue Collar) Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers for the region Management of Contract Labour / Manpower Outsourcing by complying with all statutory requirements Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organization, and effectively ensuring no revenue loss from customer related to compliance. Periodic WH compliance & vendor audit and ensures the required documents are in place for business to operate Maintain and liaison with local officers and other statutory bodies of the vicinity.
Requirements: Any Graduate / Post Graduate 5 to 6 years on HR /IR in Supply Chain Industry Excellent communication and inter personal skills
