Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at emHospital on a full-time basis. The position is located in Chennai and is suited for a mid-level professional with comprehensive experience in the domain of sales management. The ideal candidate will have between four to ten years of relevant work experience and a robust skill set tailored towards driving sales in the healthcare sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to establish beneficial relationships with clients and partners to meet sales goals and expand the company's presence.
- Effective forecasting skills (Mandatory skill), capable of predicting market trends and sales performance to inform strategy and decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders to convey strategies and feedback clearly.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and industry standards.
