Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking a
dynamic, self-driven Sales Executive
who loves being on the move, connecting with clients, and building strong business relationships in the
HVAC and Refrigeration market.

You'll work closely with the
Sales Team
to identify opportunities, develop dealer networks, and support OEM relationships across India.

This is a hands-on field role — ideal for candidates who are passionate about B2B industrial sales, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Field Sales & Client Visits:
    Regularly visit OEMs, dealers, and service contractors in the HVAC and refrigeration industry to promote Ecocare products.
  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Dealer & Channel Support:
    Assist in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks across regions.
  • Market Research:
    Collect and share on-ground insights about competitors, pricing, and product trends.
  • Product Demonstration:
    Support technical demonstrations and trials of Ecocare cleaning and maintenance products.
  • Sales Coordination:
    Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute sales plans and meet regional targets.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain daily visit logs, follow-up reports, and lead tracking using CRM tools or Excel.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build trust and credibility with customers through consistent engagement and after-sales support.
  • Exhibition & Event Support:
    Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as part of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
    Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:
    0–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in
    HVAC, Refrigeration, or Industrial Consumables
    sector).
  • Technical Understanding:
    Basic knowledge of cooling systems, coils, and industrial cleaning solutions is an advantage.
  • Tools & Skills:
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Good command over
    English and regional languages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
