
Ecommerce Sales Specialist

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard prospective clients, including marketplace sellers and exporters.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve client acquisition and revenue goals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored payment solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the ecommerce and logistics ecosystem to drive lead generation and market reach.
- Collaborate closely with internal teamssuch as Compliance, Operations, and Product—to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client service.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting sellers and exporters.
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and other industry networking events to enhance visibility and foster new relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in fintech, ecommerce, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of global ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and others.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with Amazon's SPN (Service Provider Network), logistics providers, or cross-border payment/FX services.
- Familiarity with international payment solutions and regulatory environments.
- A strong network within the ecommerce seller/exporter community is highly desirable.
