Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard prospective clients, including marketplace sellers and exporters.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve client acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored payment solutions.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the ecommerce and logistics ecosystem to drive lead generation and market reach.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teamssuch as Compliance, Operations, and Product—to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting sellers and exporters.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and other industry networking events to enhance visibility and foster new relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in fintech, ecommerce, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of global ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and others.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders across functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Amazon's SPN (Service Provider Network), logistics providers, or cross-border payment/FX services.
  • Familiarity with international payment solutions and regulatory environments.
  • A strong network within the ecommerce seller/exporter community is highly desirable.
