Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 4-7 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute construction projects as per design and specifications.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and manage project budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with building regulations and codes.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and materials.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Job Title 2: MEP Engineer / MEP Coordinator

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering with MEP knowledge or specialization

Experience: 4-7 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
  • Review MEP drawings and coordinate with civil and architectural teams.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Monitor progress and troubleshoot MEP site issues.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP works.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on MEP activities and updates.

Key Skills

  • Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination tools (e.g., Revit MEP, Navisworks).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical loads, piping layouts, and duct design.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
