Overview: The Site Engineering role is crucial to our organization as it involves overseeing and managing various aspects of on-site construction projects. Site Engineers play a significant role in ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supervising construction activities on site.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation.
  • Performing regular quality control inspections.
  • Resolving technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Providing progress reports to project stakeholders.
  • Overseeing site logistics and managing personnel.
  • Implementing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving construction challenges.
  • Conducting site surveys and creating site layouts.
  • Testing and evaluating building materials.
  • Assisting in the selection of construction methods and strategies.
  • Coordinating with government agencies for permits and approvals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in site engineering or related construction roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
