About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and with required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise on-site construction activities from start to completion.
  • Review and check technical drawings, specifications, and designs.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, labor teams, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Monitor material usage, site resources, and cost control.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during execution.
  • Assist in verifying measurements, BOQs, contractor bills, and site audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in building/construction project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, and material standards.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors effectively.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Residential / Commercial / Institutional / High-Rise construction projects.
  • Knowledge of IS codes, safety guidelines, and quality checks.
