About the Role:

This role involves connecting with international respondents and recruiting B2B professionals to gather their expert opinions for various global market research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound market research calls in Mandarin or Cantonese with respondents across international markets.
  • Identify and recruit B2B professionals (industry experts, decision-makers, managers) to participate in research surveys and interviews.
  • Accurately capture data through structured questionnaires.
  • Maintain quality standards while recording responses.
  • Update call logs, reports, and project trackers daily.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and data completion targets.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (speaking & understanding).
  • Strong communication skills in English or Hindi for internal coordination.
  • Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to engage senior professionals confidently on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word).

Education:

  • Any Graduate (Language certifications preferred).

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift / Rotational depending on project needs.
