Customer Calling Executive – Night Shift (Immediate Joining)

Location: Malad West, Mumbai / Work from Home Available

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 Base + ₹15,000+ Incentives (Earn ₹30k–₹35k/month)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential respondents and clients in the US market.
  • Explain surveys, studies, or research opportunities clearly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm participation for market research projects.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, respondent databases, and appointment trackers.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with respondents.
  • Achieve daily and monthly appointment-setting and call targets (with lucrative incentives).

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Freshers with great communication skills are welcome – training provided
  • Prior experience in telecalling / market research / US client interaction is an advantage.
