Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve processes, and ensure smooth execution across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in driving efficiency, productivity, and organizational excellence. This role will be central in enabling business growth by ensuring that people, processes, and systems are aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow across all departments.
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with leadership to translate company goals into operational strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with HR, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide operational teams to meet performance targets.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for process optimization.
  • Ensure high standards of work quality, compliance, and accountability across functions.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in operations or business management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, planning, and performance monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹85,000.00 per month
