Job Title: Packing Supervisor

Location: Pithampur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate packing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor packing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance; make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain proper handling and storage of packed products to prevent damage.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of packing activities and quality checks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline operations and manage inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company GMP standards.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to packing performance, including output and efficiency.
  • Document deviations from standard procedures and report them to management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Packing Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
