Warehouse - TS, Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and correct material dispensing and issuance to production for

manufacturing.

• Responsible for handling and storage of Raw materials.
• Responsible to coordinate with cross-functional department, Production, QA, QC, Engg, planning

for smooth planning and follow-up as per routine activities in warehouse.

• Timely dispensed and issuance of batch as per manufacturing requirement and arrangement of in

process container (IPC) and planning for timely batch releases.

• Responsible for pre-dispensing activities, Assay/potency calculation in BMR, material retrieval,

preparation of material provision and printing of dispensing label from SAP, (If SAP user ID is

available).

• Responsible for correct data entry and handling of WMS program in SAP system, (If SAP user ID is

available).

• Responsible for control of inventory of Raw materials.
• Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.
• Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation.
• Responsible for coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production for minimize inventory of Raw,

Packing and Engineering materials to avoid slow moving/non-moving and near expiry inventory.

• Responsible for collect / deposit of cGMP documents and arrangement for submitting the same to

QA department after completion.

• Responsible for any other activity from time to time which his supervisor/company feel appropriate.
• Responsible for handling, maintenance, verification and calibration of equipments/instruments in

warehouse.

• Responsible for timely attend the trainings on cGMP documents and revised documents.
• Responsible to ensure EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) related activities to be completed

on time and to support EHS activities as per the requirements. To report near miss and incidences

as observed as per EHS requirement.

• Support to site DICO (Data Integrity Compliance Officer) for monitoring and implementation of

actions related to Data integrity awareness at site.

• To ensure data integrity compliances at site and while performing activities.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of safety compliance at work place.

Responsible to maintain good hygiene, safety practices and cGMP practices..
