AI/ML Developer (3-8 years experience)

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, building scalable ML pipelines, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and generative AI tasks.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling solutions using Python frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI workflows leveraging tools like LangChain, GPT or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to embed AI models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and tools like Power BI or Tableau to inform model improvements.
• Work on cloud AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI for scalable model deployment and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies and actively contribute to AI-driven innovation.

MUST-have skills for AI/ML Developer JD:

• Proficiency in Python programming and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Strong foundation in machine learning including supervised, unsupervised learning, and deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering.
• Data handling skills: data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to build and deploy scalable ML pipelines and perform model evaluation using metrics like accuracy, precision, F1 score.
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex AI for scalable deployment.
• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CICD pipelines for model deployment.
• Data visualization and reporting skills using tools/libraries like Matplotlib, Power BI, or Tableau.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with NLP, generative AI, and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LangChain).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workflows.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of database systems including SQL and NoSQL variants.
• Exposure to MLOps practices including CICD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
