About the Role:

Turtleneck Systems and Solutions is looking for a passionate and driven AI/ML Developer (Fresher) to join our growing R&D team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early professionals who are eager to apply their skills in deep learning, LLMs, and GPU-based computing to real-world projects.

You'll be working on cutting-edge technologies involving BERT, LLM-based architectures, CUDA optimization, and model deployment, contributing to scalable AI solutions in NLP, computer vision, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, training, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Work with LLMs, BERT, and transformer-based architectures for NLP and other AI applications.
  • Implement GPU-based training and optimization using CUDA and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • Support data preprocessing, model evaluation, and fine-tuning tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and researchers to prototype and deploy AI models.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of hands-on experience (academic or project-based) in AI/ML or Deep Learning.
  • Strong foundation in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
  • Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CUDA programming and GPU acceleration.
  • Understanding of BERT, Transformers, or LLM architectures.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience working on academic or personal ML/AI projects.
  • Basic knowledge of data pipelines, MLOps tools, or model deployment (nice to have).
