Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida and Raipur offices for an AI Agents Developer. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered chatbots, enterprise GPT and building AI conversational agents for various industries. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, creating tailored AI solutions, optimizing algorithms, and conducting testing to ensure top-level performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar languages relevant for AI development
  • Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms, as well as cloud-based solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Understanding of user behaviors and Conversational User Interface (CUI) design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Previous experience in developing AI chatbots or similar interactive applications is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI solutions for industries such as healthcare, finance, or customer support will be a valuable asset
