We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agentic AI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about artificial intelligence and have a strong technical background in developing innovative AI solutions. As an Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining advanced AI models and applications that leverage the latest technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using state-of-the-art AI technologies and frameworks.

  • Work on prompt engineering and optimize inputs for maximum AI model performance.

  • Integrate and manage Azure Cloud services to deploy AI applications effectively.

  • Utilize Azure OpenAI and GPT models for developing AI capabilities.

  • Implement Semantic Kernel and vector indexing techniques for improved data management.

  • Integrate and maintain large language models (LLMs) within existing platforms.

  • Develop YAML configurations for seamless application deployment and management.

  • Design reasoning chains and skillsets for enhanced AI decision-making processes.

  • Apply orchestration patterns for efficient AI workflow management.

  • Utilize Azure AI Search for implementing robust AI-powered search solutions.

  • Work with embeddings to improve the contextual understanding of AI models.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

**Required Skills:**

  • Proven experience in developing with Agentic AI frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.

  • Expertise in Azure Cloud and relevant AI services.

  • Proficiency in Python for AI development.

  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, GPT models, and related technologies.

  • Experience with Semantic Kernel and vector indexing methods.

  • Competence in integrating large language models (LLM) into applications.

  • Ability to manage YAML configs for application settings and deployments.

  • Understanding of reasoning chains, skillsets, and orchestration patterns.

  • Experience with Azure AI Search and AI embeddings.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Agentic AI technologies.

  • A portfolio showcasing relevant projects or contributions is a plus.
