Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI Developer proficient in Python, FastAPI, and Django to join our growing AI engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven backend systems, collaborating with data scientists and product teams to deliver intelligent, high-performing applications. This position is available both on-site at our Noida office and in a remote capacity, depending on candidate preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Engage in AI model integration, natural language processing (NLP), and automation projects.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Django.
  • Strong understanding of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of AI workflows, APIs, and backend logic.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation Structure

  • Remote ASE: ₹1.9 LPA+(16K in Hand)
  • Remote SDE 1: ₹2.6 LPA+(22K in Hand)
  • On-Site ASE (Noida): ₹2.4 LPA+(20k in Hand)
  • On-Site SDE 1 (Noida): ₹4.0 LPA(30K in Hand)
