As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing professional who is not just experienced — but digitally sharp, AI-savvy, and passionate about next-gen marketing practices.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You'll be responsible for executing data-driven, AI-enhanced, and design-led marketing strategies across all our digital touchpoints — from Instagram to LinkedIn, from website to paid campaigns.

You should be hands-on with the latest AI marketing tools, research tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, content creation platforms like Canva, and have a strong grip on performance marketing, storytelling, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing campaigns across digital channels — Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, etc. Handle social media presence.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, , SurferSEO, etc.) for:
  • Content creation (blogs, posts, newsletters, ad copies)
  • Strategy ideation and customer segmentation
  • Automation of workflows
  • Design high-impact content using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms — from social media creatives to brochures and pitch decks.
  • Plan, manage, and execute paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, and content marketing using tools
  • Manage content calendars, email marketing, and CRM integration tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Notion, HubSpot).
  • Drive brand visibility through reels, short-form video, and trending content formats.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, prepare reports, and iterate campaigns using insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership, leasing, and design teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Stay updated with marketing trends, platform algorithms, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing (real estate, design, hospitality, or startup environments preferred).
  • Proven proficiency in:
  • AI marketing tools (ChatGPT etc.)
  • Design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Marketing platforms: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
