We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Professional (AM/Manager level) to drive the sales and market expansion of optical fiber products. The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and contributing to the strategic growth of the fiber business in telecom, data center, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales and marketing of optical fiber cables and related products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in domestic and/or international markets.
  • Identify potential customers such as telecom operators, system integrators, EPC contractors, and government bodies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product presentations and customized solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic input.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders in coordination with the commercial and technical teams.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement events to promote product offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure timely collections and manage customer accounts efficiently.
