We are leading fashion retail store seeking fashion Retail visual merchandiser and Sales Associates an to join our team at a leading fashion store in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. Freshers can apply

  1. Customer Service:

  2. Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance.

  3. Understand and respond to customer needs, styling preferences, and product inquiries.

  4. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, engaging in conversation, and building rapport.

  5. Sales and Product Knowledge:

  6. Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.

  7. Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's inventory, including product features, trends, sizes, and fit.

  8. Stay updated on current fashion trends and promotions to enhance customer experience.

  9. Visual Merchandising:

  10. Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout.

  11. Help with setting up seasonal displays and keeping the store looking fresh and inviting.

  12. Restock, fold, and arrange merchandise to create visually appealing displays.

  13. Inventory Management:

  14. Track inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items.

  15. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.

  16. Keep fitting rooms clean and organized to ensure efficient flow for customers.

  17. Operations:

  18. Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

  19. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with store policies.

  20. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area.

  21. Team Collaboration:

  22. Work collaboratively with fellow associates and management to meet daily goals.

  23. Participate in store meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Interest in fashion and styling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Work Hours:

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
