Job Overview
We are seeking a
fashion-forward and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant
to join our merchandise store team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide personalized fashion advice to customers. This role involves understanding customer preferences, promoting merchandise, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience that drives sales and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest outfits or accessories that align with current trends and the store's brand.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of merchandise, including fabric, fit, color coordination, and styling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
  • Maintain store visual standards by ensuring displays and racks are well-organized and appealing.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on latest fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand updates.
  • Coordinate with store and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in promotional events, styling sessions, and brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree / HSC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of fashion aesthetics and styling ability.
  • Customer-centric approach with confident selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
