Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer at our Kochi location. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for gold loan disbursement, appraisal of gold ornaments, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The role involves managing customer relationships, explaining loan products, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines, and achieving business targets efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of gold appraisal and financial products, particularly in gold loan services
  • Understanding of lending processes and documentation compliance
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Team collaboration skills, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a relevant field preferred
  • Prior experience in a gold loan or financial services role is an advantage
