
Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Experience in FMCG is an advantage
