We are expanding our UK Telecom Outbound Sales Campaign at our Gurugram International BPO center and seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager Operations to lead and drive performance for this high-potential pilot process.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Operations will oversee daily operations for our UK Telecom Outbound Sales Voice Process, ensuring sales targets and client expectations are met. This position requires proven leadership in International Outbound Sales campaigns in BPO, exceptional team management skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced UK process environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the UK Telecom outbound sales team to achieve revenue, sales targets, and performance KPIs.
  • Monitor daily operations, call quality, and compliance with client and BPO standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive operational excellence through coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Workforce Management teams to optimize campaign delivery.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management and clients.
  • Foster a high-energy, performance-driven environment that motivates and retains top talent.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Experience in leading a team in an International Outbound Sales Process within BPO.
  • Mandatory: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); neutral or UK accent preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing UK Telecom Outbound Sales or similar international sales campaigns.
  • Minimum 35 years in operations management or team leadership in International Voice Processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle escalations, manage performance, and drive KPIs effectively.
  • Flexibility to work UK shift timings (12:30 PM 1:30 AM IST).

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Work Days: 5 days/week (rotational split week-offs).
  • Shift Window: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM and 1:30 AM IST.
  • CTC: 610 LPA
  • Transport: Drop facility available for late shifts.
