  • Experience Required: Min of 5+ Years in Bench Sales
  • Expert in Bench Sales including H1Bs, TNs, GCs, USCs & EADs
  • Marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job
  • Boards/requirements.
  • Should have exp working on different Vendor Management Service (VMS)
  • Preparing their CVs and suggest any modifications as and when required.
  • Broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis and negotiate rates with the Vendors/ Clients.
  • Should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and clients
  • Build and maintain cordial and good relationship with consultants and clients
  • Coordinating with the consultant before submitting the profile to the client/Vendor to know if the candidate is
  • comfortable with the requirement and the work environment.
  • Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals, client portals.
  • Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups.
  • Keeping the rest of the team regarding client submissions to avoid duplications
  • Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules in a timely manner to avoid and last-minute cancellations
  • and NCNS (No Call No Show)
  • Prepare the consultants for all the end client interviews
  • Ensure prompt delivery of the consultants
  • Talking to the Vendors regarding the performance of the consultant and the quires that the consultant brings to your notice
  • Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relationship with them Besides working on Bench consultants.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
  • Should be self-motivated and work independently
