Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and energetic Franchise Development Executive (FDE) to support
our franchise sales team. The FDE will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging
franchise leads, sharing initial information, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Franchise
Development Manager (FDM). This is a lead qualification and appointment-setting role that
feeds directly into our franchise expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to franchise leads shared by the marketing or campaign team.
• Share key information about i2Global's franchise offerings and investment options.
• Understand the prospect's intent, investment capability, and background before scheduling.
• Schedule qualified leads for virtual meetings with the FDM.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and response tracking.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and monthly VM scheduling goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Business or Communications).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead qualification (preferably in franchising or EdTech).
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to identify qualified prospects and move them into the sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
Franchise Development Manager-FDM
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and business-savvy Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to lead
franchise acquisition efforts at i2Global. The FDM will be responsible for handling qualified leads,
counselling prospects, presenting investment models, and closing franchise deals. This role plays a key
part in the expansion of our national and international franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming franchise leads and schedule virtual or in-person meetings.
• Counsel prospects on i2Global's franchise models and help them choose based on their
investment potential and business goals.
• Present ROI projections, service deliverables, and brand USPs with clarity and confidence.
• Address objections, assist with funding options (if applicable), and nurture prospects till
conversion.
• Follow up on pipeline leads regularly and maintain status updates in the CRM.
• Work closely with legal and accounts teams for agreement processing and payment coordination.
• Meet or exceed monthly franchise closure and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in sales consulting, or EdTech sales.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of investment models and ROI frameworks.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and presentation software.
