Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals

Plan monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)Collaborate with the design and content teams to support content creation (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)Generate and execute fresh ideas for engaging content that resonates with pet owners

Monitor and grow brand engagement, followers, and reach through interactive content and community management

Track performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools, and optimize based on insights

Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Work closely with marketing and product teams to support promotions, launches, and brand campaigns

Manage collaborations with influencers, content creators, or pet communities

Requirements:Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)Ability to craft engaging copy and direct visual content in line with brand tone and identity

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Passion for pets and understanding of the pet-loving audience

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content

Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus
