Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with proven expertise in managing and growing brand presence on platformsespecially Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a knack for visual storytelling, trendspotting, and building engagement across social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies with a primary focus on Instagram (feeds, stories, reels, carousels).builtin+1
  • Create, curate, and oversee engaging visual and written content for Instagram and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular posts and optimal timing.
  • Monitor and analyze Instagram and social media metrics; report trends and campaign performance.expertia+1
  • Stay current on platform features, viral trends, and best practices specific to Instagram.builtin+1
  • Engage actively with the online communityreply to DMs, comments, and foster meaningful interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content with campaign goals and BOULTs brand voice.
  • Explore influencer partnerships and amplification strategies for organic growth.
  • Implement data-driven adjustments to boost reach, follower growth, and conversion.
  • Track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for Instagram and overall social media
  • Utilize social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Instagram Insights).

  • Demonstrated success in driving viral growth or organic reach on Instagram.
