Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Description:

  • Deliver engaging content and advertising experiences across social media channels, driving conversation and connecting consumers to the brand's digital world.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement a comprehensive digital publishing strategy across owned and paid social media platforms, aligned with global brand and category calendars.
  2. Support planning and content creation to deliver against global brand and category calendars.
  3. Develop a social media strategy that drives visibility for the adidas runners community through an always-on publishing plan.
  4. Partner with internal teams, including business units, PR, digital, and media teams, to achieve business goals through end-to-end campaign planning and execution across social media.
  5. Ensure timely execution of all campaigns across social media channels.

KPIs:

  • Engagement rate across all content posted on the brand's social media handle.
  • Increase in overall followers on the brand's social media handle.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

  • Significant knowledge of the full marketing mix, with focused expertise in social media management.
  • Good understanding of creative thinking and development processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High understanding of owned channel and paid social media landscapes.
  • Naturally curious and motivated by the ever-changing world of digital and mobile.

Requisite Education And Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing communications or a related field.
  • 5+ years industry and/or relevant work experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
