Responsibility -

  1. Develop and execute social media content calendar aligned with company goals.
  2. Create engaging content that reflects brand tone.
  3. Manage daily social media activities posting, engagement, influencer collaborations, and trend monitoring.
  4. Plan and run end-to-end social media campaigns.
  5. Track and analyze performance metrics; prepare competition and closure reports.
  6. Use insights to optimize content and campaigns for higher reach & conversions.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  8. Organize online events, contests, and activities to boost brand visibility.
  9. Stay updated on latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirement

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (usually 6- 8 years).
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, etc.
  4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  5. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
  6. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. A passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
