Role & responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyze and coordinate global supply chain activities for clients
  • Manage customer requirements firm orders and forecasted demand
  • Coordinate and support conference calls and meetings to drive customer satisfaction
  • Manage global suppliers to ensure orders are processed timely and support S&Vs inventory objectives
  • Work in our ERP system Microsoft Business Central
  • Load customer requirements POs and forecasts
  • Plan material/place purchase orders with suppliers/expedite orders where necessary
  • Create shipping documentation and work with warehouse services to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Analyze inventory and safety stock levels
  • Contribute ideas and implement actions that support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders customers, suppliers, colleagues, service providers
  • Consol point loading

  • Preparing shipments

Preferred candidate profile

At least 2-3 years experience in some manner of any of the following - manufacturing/logistics business functions with responsibilities in customer service/purchasing/scheduling/customs or other related area. Managerial/team leading experience.
