Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Scheduling:Supervise the manufacturing of PEB components, ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are met, and manage the workflow by assigning tasks and preparing schedules.
  • Quality Control:Monitor production processes to ensure that quality standards are met for company and client requirements.
  • Team Management:Manage, mentor, and train shop-floor workers, provide performance evaluations, and maintain discipline within the production area.
  • Health & Safety:Implement and enforce safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency:Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational problems, monitor equipment, and ensure proper use of resources to minimize waste.
