**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage flat/warp knitting machines used for shoe upper production.
- Supervise the knitting team to ensure productivity and product quality.
- Develop and implement knitting programs based on product specifications.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure raw material usage is optimized to minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project timelines.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the knitting process.
- Train new operators and maintain a safe working environment.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in knitting operations, preferably in the footwear industry.
- Deep understanding of knitting technologies and machinery.
- Strong knowledge of fabric structures and yarn types.
- Ability to read technical patterns and specifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
