Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor, located in Palwal. The Dispatch Supervisor will oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain compliance with regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supervising dispatch staff, handling customer inquiries, and monitoring delivery schedules to meet client expectations efficiently. The role also involves optimizing logistics processes and maintaining accurate records of shipments.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide dispatch teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in dispatching operations, including coordinating deliveries and optimizing logistics workflows.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements for safe and efficient transportation.
  • Familiarity with dispatch management software and attention to detail for maintaining accurate shipment records.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and ensure timely execution of operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
