**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret design patterns and ensure accurate cutting of materials for shoe uppers and components.
- Select appropriate materials as per design and production needs.
- Operate cutting machines or perform manual cutting as required.
- Minimize material wastage while ensuring precision in cutting.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to meet daily targets.
- Supervise helpers or junior cutters if assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.

**Requirements**:

- Up to 4 years of experience as a Cutting Master in a footwear manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of leather and synthetic materials.
- Ability to read patterns and work with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
